Service relationship
San Jose Airport Limo is the San José airport brand of Black Chauffeur Limo Service, a pre-arranged charter carrier operating under CPUC TCP 46320-B. Service is subject to vehicle, chauffeur and legal operating availability.
Reservations and checkout
A trip is not confirmed until the booking checkout or dispatch team provides confirmation. The checkout shows the applicable trip price, payment requirements, cancellation terms, refund conditions and other reservation-specific rules before acceptance.
Rates and trip changes
Published hourly rates apply to the listed vehicle and minimum duration. Point-to-point prices depend on the itinerary entered at checkout. Added stops, changed times, extended service, excessive cleaning or a materially different passenger or luggage count may require a revised quote shown or confirmed before the change is accepted.
Passenger and luggage details
Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, flight, passenger, luggage and contact information. Dispatch may recommend a different vehicle when the requested configuration cannot safely carry the stated party or luggage.
Child car seats
Child seats are available only when requested and confirmed in advance. Provide each child’s age and weight and specify rear-facing, forward-facing or booster needs. A parent or guardian remains responsible for confirming that the requested seat and installation meet the child’s needs.
Pickup timing and delays
Travel times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, road closures, security controls, airport operations and venue restrictions can affect pickup and arrival times. Customers should allow a suitable buffer for flights and fixed appointments.
Conduct and safety
Passengers must follow chauffeur safety instructions and applicable law. Smoking, unlawful activity, dangerous conduct and damage to a vehicle are prohibited. Service may be refused or ended when safe operation is not possible.
