Information we receive
When you call, text, use WhatsApp or email us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination details, date and time, flight information, passenger and luggage counts, requested child-seat details and the contents of your communication.
How we use it
We use contact and trip-request details to answer questions, prepare quotes, coordinate chauffeurs and vehicles, communicate pickup updates, provide customer support, maintain operational records and meet legal or safety obligations.
Online booking and payment
The booking button opens the Black Chauffeur Limo Service booking page. Information and payment details entered there are handled under that service’s checkout and privacy practices. San Jose Airport Limo does not directly collect payment-card numbers through this website.
When information is shared
Trip details may be shared with dispatch personnel, assigned chauffeurs and service providers who need them to arrange or complete the requested transportation. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, safety obligations or a valid legal process.
Retention and security
We keep contact and trip information only as reasonably needed for service, support, records and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no phone, email, messaging or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct contact or trip information, stop non-essential communications, or request deletion when retention is not legally or operationally required. Transactional trip messages may still be needed for an active reservation.
